NFL Films’ goes HiDef Slo-Mo

NFL Films‘ latest collection of pro football highlights for Blu-ray showcases slow-motion images captured with a new camera that shoots up to 1,000 frames-per-second in HiDef.

“Ultimate NFL,” being released by Warner Home Video Oct. 26 for $29.99 on Blu-ray, features highlights of the 2009-2010 National Football League season, including Super Bowl XLIV, as seen through the HiDef lens of an NFL Films cinematographer.

The program also includes behind-the-scenes access tour of NFL Films studios, with a “media tools” special feature that allows users to review shots, edit sequences and select music and sound effects for segments.

Among the features exclusive to Blu-ray is picture-in-picture commentary with NFL Films’ Steve Sabol, and a trivia track.
