In USA Today’s Saturday e-mail-only edition, tech.usatoday.com writer Mike Snider recommends Sony’s 30-pound 400-disc Blu-day mega-changer for home theater owners which sells for a reduced price of $600.
In addition to the obvious, he says advantages include also storing and playing CDs and DVDs, the latter of which are upscaled for superior picture quality, and the Gracenote Internet-connected feature that “loads all the disc information (title, director, cast) for easy searching.
