Fox will release the final season of “24” on Blu-ray December 7 for $69.99 and Disney has the swan song of “Lost” on Aug. 24. Both shows ran their final epsiodes within 24-hours of each other Sunday and Monday.
A complete collectible box set of all eight seasons of “24,” including an alternate ending for the series finale, will only be available on DVD.
Disney provided detailed updates today about its previously announced Blu-ray editions of both “Lost: The Complete Sixth and Final Season” and “Lost: The Complete Collection” on Blu-ray, priced at $79.99 and $279.99, respectively.
The Sixth Season set will include bloopers, deleted scenes, audio commentaries on four episodes, behind-the-scenes and retrospective featurettes, and a much-anticipated
new chapter of the island’s story from Executive Producers Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse.
