Ridley Scott is working on not one but two prequels to his 1979 “Alien” (though not a trilogy of prequels), and both of them will be produced from the get-go in 3D, according to Collider.com, which picked up these tidbits in a mini press conference for Scott’s soon-to-open “Robin Hood,” which is not in 3D.
The first of the “Alien” prequels is in its fourth draft and, according to an interview Scott did Thursday with MTV, is set 30 years prior to the original movie.
